I say finish them… then you have a ready made gift when a random co-worker has a birthday or something… and or you meet someone knit worthy- or a surprise visit from a MIL or somthing
I would love to see & hear your grandmother! Please ask her to do it for all of us who’s love of knitting started with our grandmothers. I never thought to learn her knitting story so it would mean the world to hear your grandmother’s.

You are super talented with all you do, I have been having wrist problems so I miss being able to craft freely like you are even with the new job eating up some of your time. It’s also wonderful your getting more family time, that’s impt. Are you in Germany temporarily because of work?
I would love to live there, I miss it very much, maybe one day my path will lead back that way.
