Ordering and Shipping

An Important Note about your A Homespun House order
Please keep in mind that by purchasing A Homespun House you are supporting a small business (thank you!). A Homespun House is run by one person – myself (Molly Klatt – Hello!). Each order is very important to me. I do my very best to have excellent customer service. If you have any concerns about your order, please email me and allow up to 72 hours for a response to your inquiry. Typically the wait will be far shorter, and I will be more than happy to answer your question or solve your problem ASAP!

Payment
I accept all major credit cards and Paypal through my secure website.

Shipping
Your order will be processed within 3 business days. Regardless of the shipping service you choose, your order will be processed within 3 business days. This means if you order on Monday, I will do my best to have it shipped by Thursday. If you order on Friday, I will do my best to have it shipped on Wednesday. I do not pack or ship on weekends.

First Class/Standard Post/Parcel Select has no guaranteed delivery time, though Germany residents should receive their package within approximately 2-3 days and international customers within approximately 10-14 days after being processed.  A Homespun House is not responsible for customs fees on international orders. If you would like your order tracked, please email ahomespunhouse@gmail.com before making your purchase and you will be charged an extra fee.  A Homespun House will not declare merchandise “gift” so that you do not have to pay customs fees. A Homespun House is not responsible for packages lost during domestic or international First Class/Standard Post/Parcel Select shipment.

Returns

You are welcome to return or exchange your order within 30 days of your purchase date. Items must be in original condition and labels must be in tact to be eligible for return or exchange. Please email ahomespunhouse@gmail.com to notify us of the return or exchange. Please include instructions on what you would like us to do (return and refund, or what you would like to exchange for). You are responsible for postage payment on your incoming return or exchange and your outgoing exchange.

Patterns are only available as PDF download purchases through www.ahomespunhouse.com. After checkout is complete, you will receive instructions on how to download your pattern. If you have problems, please email ahomespunhouse@gmail.com
